Using InvisiProof
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. You may submit only content you have the right to process and must not use InvisiProof to harass, surveil, impersonate, or discriminate against another person.
Assessments are decision support
InvisiProof provides AI-assisted risk indicators, not guarantees, identity verification, background checks, legal conclusions, or emergency services. Results can be incomplete or wrong. Use independent judgment and appropriate professional or official resources.
Proof Requests
Proof Requests are structured requests for information. A response, code, or assessment does not prove identity or safety. Do not pressure another person to disclose sensitive information, and do not share a Proof Code publicly.
Subscriptions
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Mobile subscriptions are processed through Google Play and remain managed separately. Plans renew until canceled through the applicable billing provider. Quotas, history limits, and fair-use controls follow the plan shown at purchase.
Prohibited conduct
- Submitting unlawful, exploitative, or non-consensual content
- Attempting to bypass quotas, access controls, or security measures
- Using results as the sole basis for high-impact decisions
- Reverse engineering, disrupting, or abusing the service
- Misrepresenting an InvisiProof assessment as proof or certification
Availability and liability
The service is provided subject to availability and may change to improve safety, compliance, or reliability. To the extent permitted by law, InvisiProof is not responsible for decisions made solely from an assessment or for harm caused by misuse of the service.
